Roughly one and a half year after
 Creta online's
Reservation Service was launched, we extended our range of services by a Real Estate Catalog.
This way we comply with the steadily increasing demand from the circle of our present customers who after several holiday stays now aim to get themselves permanent domiciles on Crete:
Either to visit the island several times per year in future, or to spend their retirements in the Mediterranean climate.

In this website we continuously introduce houses as well as plots of land which are for sale and suit as holiday or retirement domiciles, or as respective building sites.
Deserted houses which need renovating and/or reconstruction will get included into the catalog, too.
Furthermore we present ruins at interesting sites as well, which may be pulled down partly or completely in order to give room for a new building.

Objects for rent occur less frequently.
In case that someone should offer a house to be rented for a longer period, we will however also integrate it into the catalog.
From time to time there might also be freehold flats and even apartments, provided that renting for a longer term is intended.
We would like to answer any demand for real estate from the circle of our present and future holiday customers, if possible.

As reversely there are als occasional requests for objects which suit for an active profession on Crete, the catalog finally is accessible as well for restaurants or hotels to be sold or rented, and for plots which allow building for business purposes.
So our Real Estate Catalog addresses everybody who is searching for an object linked to tourism in any way, or wants to offer such an object.

The publishing costs and the chiffre fee are to be beared by the seller or renter in every case.
These are exclusively private persons.

to design and host their own directories
( contact).
In making the necessary contacts to translators, lawyers and notaries we will support you for free.
So the fees for those services and the taxes on purchase of land have always to be drawn into calculation aditionally.
